About this race
This challenging, rewarding event starts with a swim in West Hill Lake, a clean freshwater lake in Connecticut. Athletes then tackle a bike course featuring mountain vistas and rural back roads, finishing with a run on rural back roads. Paratriathletes and relay teams are welcome. There are no cut-off times for the Litchfield Hills Triathlon.
