Live Life Nspired 5K Run / Family Walk

This event honors Natalie Freiburger, who lost her battle with ovarian cancer. Improve your health and outlook surrounded by inspirational people. The run follows a flat, fast course through downtown Charlotte during the annual Frontier Days Parade, with thousands of spectators cheering. A family walk is also available.
