Lums Pond Triathlon

This mid-season race at Lums Pond State Park is fast, flat, and accessible. The bike course is a large, flat loop around the park with all right turns and good pavement. The run features forested single track with lake views and wide gravel paths. This event is the USA Triathlon Delaware State Championships, qualifying athletes for the Toyota Age Group National Championships.
