About this race
Swim the Choptank River between the Frederick C Malkus Jr bridge and the other bridge. This race is for experienced swimmers, as the Choptank is a flowing body of water. It's a tune-up for the Bay Swim or Eagleman 70.3 Ironman Maryland. Swimmers start from the beach in groups of 6 every 10 seconds.
