Medal Madness 5K, & 10K at Pompano Beach, FL (36) 2026

The Medal Madness 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course on gravel/crushed stone. The 5K is two loops, the 10K four, within a 2-hour limit. The race starts at 8:00 AM, with packet pickup 30 minutes prior. Registration is online only.
