Miles 4 Moore Pinecone 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run 2026

Miles 4 Moore Pinecone is a local race in Whispering Pines, North Carolina, offering a 5K and a 1-mile fun run. The 1-mile event begins the morning, followed by the 5K from the same start area at the Whispering Pines Police and Fire Department on Hardee Lane.
