Miles For Mutts 5K

The Miles for Mutts 5K is a timed 5K event for runners, walkers, and dogs. The race begins at 9:00 a.m., with check-in starting one hour prior. This event is designed to be low-pressure; participants need not be experienced runners. Dogs are welcome to register for the course. Human registration includes a bib and an event shirt, subject to availability. The event benefits Paws Rescue League Inc., with all proceeds aiding their efforts to save dogs from euthanasia in kill shelters. Following the run, activities include food trucks, vendors, guided stretching, a dog swim, face painting, opportunities to meet rescue dogs, and a 50/50 raffle. Dog registration provides course access, entry to the swim, and a bandana, subject to availability, ensuring dogs are active participants.
