Mission Inn Run

The Mission Inn Run, a Southern California race tradition for nearly 50 years, begins in downtown Riverside. The event includes a 5K, 10K, half marathon, a dedicated 5K walk, and a short Kids Fun Run for children 12 and under. The course winds through Riverside's parks, landmarks, and historic neighborhoods, offering a connection to the city rather than a closed-off speedway atmosphere. The event welcomes competitive runners, casual walkers, families, and people with dogs. The Walk & Wag partnership with Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center provides a pet bandana and a pop-up dog park. Proceeds benefit the nonprofit Mission Inn Foundation and Museum, dedicated to preserving and sharing the cultural heritage of the Mission Inn, Riverside, and surrounding Southern California communities.
