MKK's Rugged Race Presented by Independence Bank

The annual event returns to Diamond Lake Resort. Choose from a 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water, barbed wire, rope climbs, and mud. Trail runners can select the 5K or 10K Trail Run. The XTreme 10K combines trail running with obstacles. Athletes can compete in the Elite category, or join teams and fun runners in the Ultimate category. Races for children include "Rugged Kids" (ages 8-13) and "Rugged Rascals" (ages 4-7). All participants receive a finisher’s medal and t-shirt. Top Elite and Ultimate winners receive additional medals, and the top team gets a trophy. Participation in MKK's Rugged Race Presented by Independence Bank supports MentorKids Kentucky.
