Morris Trucking Presents: The Wabash Valley Road Runners - SWAMP STOMP 2026

Swamp Stomp is an annual trail race held at Hawthorn Park in Terre Haute, Indiana. It features a 5-mile run, a 4-mile walk, and a 1-mile fun run. The 1-mile run begins first, followed by the start of the 5-mile and 4-mile events simultaneously in the morning. The Wabash Valley Road Runners organize the race, with Morris Trucking serving as the presenter. The course follows the trails within Hawthorn Park. These trails are typically in good condition but can become muddy and waterlogged following periods of rain. Course marshals mark the route and are stationed along it, contributing to a local club atmosphere rather than that of a large-scale urban race.
