Norris Insurance - Greentown 5K

Norris Insurance organizes a four-race series of 5Ks across Indiana, with events held annually in Amboy, Kokomo, Greentown, and Converse. The Greentown race, held in June, begins at the Greentown 4-H Fairgrounds. This series is included in the Club Kokomo Roadrunners Race Series and welcomes participants of all ages, sizes, and abilities, including runners and walkers. The routes are community-focused, with each race starting in a local area instead of a large urban course. Kokomo's race begins at Jackson Morrow Park, Amboy's has utilized the community building and Amboy Park, and Converse starts downtown in front of First Farmers Bank. Greentown's race has previously started at Eastern Elementary School, indicating a shift in its venue within the town over time. Registration can be completed online for a processing fee, or participants can opt to print and mail a paper entry form.
