North Shore Distance Classic - Corridor Running

The North Shore Distance Classic takes runners to the north shore of Lake Macbride in Solon, Iowa, offering a half marathon and a 4-mile race. The event occurs in October. Packet pickup on race day is at the Main Lodge; there is no race-day registration. Runners completing either distance receive medals. The top three overall male and female finishers in the half marathon and 4-mile race get prizes. Corridor Running organizes the event and uses Race Roster for entries. Member discounts are available via Q-Codes. Corridor Running notes its races are not USATF-certified. Volunteers assist with course monitoring and trail sweeping after runners have passed.
