Pelican Energy Run for Hope 2026

The Pelican Energy Run for Hope is a 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk held at Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville, Louisiana. This family-friendly event takes place on roads and pavement, with race-day check-in beginning in the morning and options suitable for both runners and walkers. The event raises funds for the Children's Advocacy Center: Hope House, a nonprofit providing recovery services, justice advocacy, and community education for child abuse victims. Now in its second year, the race offers participants a custom finisher medal, race swag, and refreshments. Post-race amenities include beer from Chafunkta Brewing Company, lunch from John H Carter, refreshments from Raising Cane's, free services from onsite vendors, support from the Brooke It Forward Foundation, and sunlight-activated participant medals from Magic Medals.
