About this race
The Pink Ribbon Run begins behind the Hilton Greenville on Landmark Street in Greenville, North Carolina. A certified 5K and a free 1-mile walk commence in the early afternoon. The 5K, a timed road race managed by Run the East, requires registration, while the walk offers a no-cost option to participate in the fundraiser.
The event supports local individuals undergoing treatment for breast cancer and their families. This marks the 11th year for the run, previously known as Run for the Ribbons. Participants in the 5K receive an event shirt upon registration. Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three finishers in each age group, ranging from children to those 70 and older.
