Pittsburgh Undy Run/Walk 2026

The Pittsburgh Undy Run/Walk is an underwear-themed 5K and 1-mile fun run/walk benefiting the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. It serves as a family-friendly colorectal cancer awareness event, featuring a 5K that begins at 9:00 AM, followed shortly by a 1-mile option for those preferring a shorter, less strenuous course. The event accommodates all fitness levels, allowing walkers, casual runners, families, survivors, and supporters to participate together. Dogs are permitted, children aged 5 and under can enter the 1-mile fun run without charge, and survivors also receive complimentary registration. Following the races, the agenda includes survivor recognition and an awards ceremony, maintaining a focus on patients, families, caregivers, prevention, and research funding over race times.
