Post Falls Triathlon/Duathlon

The Post Falls Sprint Triathlon begins at Q'emiln Park, with the swim at Q'emiln Beach. The bike course travels west along Riverview Drive to the Idaho-Washington Border, returning on the Centennial Trail. The run is an out & back course from Q'emiln Park to Falls Park. A duathlon option is available.
