Rock N RollMan Olympic, Sprint, Duathlon and Aquabike

Rock N RollMan is a multisport race day held in October at Sandy Beach Recreation Area on Lake Tobesofkee in Macon, Georgia. Athletes can choose from several race formats: Olympic triathlon, sprint triathlon, aquabike, duathlon, and relay. The longer events begin in the morning, with the sprint races starting later. The Olympic triathlon includes a 1.5 km swim, a 40 to 42 km bike course, and a 10 km run. The sprint triathlon features a 500 meter swim, a 15 mile bike ride, and a 5 km run. Aquabike participants complete the swim and bike segments but omit the run. The duathlon starts with a 5 km run, followed by a 40 km bike and a 10 km run. Georgia Multisports Productions organizes the event, accommodating triathletes, relay teams, aquabike racers, and run-bike-run athletes at the Macon venue.
