About this race
Rudolph's Revenge is a 30- or 40-mile endurance mountain bike race at Isle Du Bois State Park in North Texas. Riders will encounter challenging singletrack, swift fire roads, rocky paths, sandy stretches, and sufficient climbing to make the shorter option a demanding day: the 30-mile race features approximately 1,500 feet of technical climbing, and the 40-mile race includes about 2,500 feet of elevation change.
The course incorporates mixed terrain across greenbelt and state park trails, with conditions that can shift under the tires. An Isle Du Bois section is noted by riders for its numerous rock gardens. DFW Series Racing presents the event, drawing geared riders, singlespeed riders, women, men, and juniors. Top-three awards are presented in multiple 30- and 40-mile categories. Registration covers state park access, event fees, cycling socks, a distinctive number plate design, and a finisher medal. The event concludes with lunch and fundraising benefiting the Big Pig Cancer Foundation.
