Run For Sight 5K Presented by GGC Eyes and Clinic Optical 2026

Run For Sight is a Labor Day race held at Covington Woods Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The main event is a 5K, with additional options including a 5K wheelchair race, a 2 Mile Walk, and a Kids Bubble Run. This race is hosted by the Bowling Green Noon Lions Club, presented by GGC Eyes and Clinic Optical, and has a history spanning over thirty years. The event is included in the Bowling Green Running Club Grand Prix Series, attracting local runners competing for series points. It also welcomes walkers, families, wheelchair athletes, and children. All funds raised benefit eyesight conservation efforts for children and adults in Bowling Green and Warren County, as well as other local organizations.
