Run for the Ages 5K

The Run for the Ages 5K takes place on a Saturday morning at 19 Homer Ave in Queensbury, New York. The race begins at 9:00 AM and concludes by noon. This is a standard 5K with a $30 registration fee, focused on local fundraising rather than being a major destination event. The proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks and the Glens Falls Senior Center, supporting both local children and seniors. Members of the ADK Runners Club receive a discount on registration. The event is also included in the ADK Runners Grand Prix series, providing an additional incentive for local club runners.
