Seven Oaks Travel Trot 5K 2026

The Seven Oaks Travel Trot 5K begins and ends on the campus of Seven Oaks Classical School in Ellettsville, Indiana. This school-hosted 5K run, with a separate walk, takes place in the morning and funds student travel: an 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C., and a junior/senior high school trip to Europe. The course remains on school grounds and in the local Ellettsville neighborhood, giving the event a campus community feel rather than that of a large road race. Families are welcome with children, parents can bring strollers and walk, and children under 9 may participate without registering. Following the finish, participants and neighbors can enjoy chili, a bake sale, warm drinks, and time on the school’s new playground. Medals are awarded to the top three overall male and female runners, and the first 50 registrants receive free shirts.
