The Sloth Run, where "Slow Is the New Fast!" The pace is slow, the vibes are chill, and everyone's a winner (eventually). Sloths will get there, and so will you, in a warm, stress-free setting. Whether you run or walk, all paces and ages are welcome. It's a smaller, private group run, designed to support you in achieving your goals without any pressure.
