SPARC of Hope 5K 2026

East End Farm in Louisa County hosts the SPARC of Hope 5K, a morning 5K run supporting suicide prevention efforts in the local community. The event begins at 9:00 a.m., with race-day packet pickup available before the start. Registration allows participants to pay for a shirt or enter for free without one. The course is a 5K located at the farm, with the gathering focused on more than just the run. A keynote speaker will address the attendees, who are invited to share stories of hope and recovery, honor those lost, support donations, and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide.
