About this race
This run honors Patty Brenner Hagberg, who was struck and killed along the trail in 1991, reminding us of the importance of sharing multi-purpose trails. The 9.5-mile course winds through wildflowers and Aspen trees next to Spring Creek, featuring a challenging 1,750 ft climb over unimproved rocky and narrow single track and several large downed trees, followed by a smooth rolling downhill. The 5K is an out-and-back on rolling two track and single track. After your run, enjoy a prize drawing and a post-race meal made by Freshies at the Spring Creek Memorial Trail Run.
