About this race
WCRC members: an 8-week Spring Track series with Coach Michael McCormick. Workouts are customized for all levels. Each session features drills, followed by a custom interval group run workout on the track. Runners are divided into pace specific groups and given guidance. Athletes are expected to run workouts prescribed by the coach. Individual warm up is encouraged before the 6 PM start. Optional post run debriefing at the Newburyport Brewery, which often features live music.
