About this race
The Stronger Than The Storm Run begins at the Olive Street trailhead near Scranton Running Company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. All events start at 9 AM. This June race takes place on the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail and features three distances: a 2 Mile Walk, a 5K Run & Walk, and a 10K Run.
The course uses the trail starting from the 3 West Olive Street location. Packet pickup for those registered in advance is at Scranton Running Company the day before the race. Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K, as well as the top two male and female runners in age groups from 0-19 up to 70+. The walk offers an award for the top overall participant.
