About this race
The Cady Way Park race is a low-key, casual event. It's hand-timed, with no age group awards, t-shirts, or bling. The flat, paved, partly shaded bike/running path is a lap course, passing the start/finish and bathrooms each time. Courses are guaranteed not short, and it's a cupless event, so bring your own bottle. Great for first timers and experienced runners, the Sunshine Double focuses on convenient parking, low entry fees, a simple finisher's medal, and a generous time limit.
