The Fresno Donut Run

The Fresno Donut Run is a donut-themed 5k run and walk held at Woodward Park in Fresno, California. The 5k begins in the morning, and the event also features a 100-yard Kids Donut Dash for children ages 9 and under. The San Joaquin Running Club hosts this event, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley. The race maintains a lighthearted atmosphere, but the 5k is chip timed for participants aiming for a specific time. Each 5k finisher receives a custom Fresno Donut Run shirt and finisher medal, with donuts provided post-race. Awards align with the theme: custom Donut Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers overall, and the top three males and females in each age group.
