The Grab Bag, An Awesomesauce Event presented by Run Chattanooga 2026

This is a low-key group run with swag. It's a welcoming atmosphere for slower runners, walkers, and first-timers. The paved path runs by the Tennessee River, behind Chattanooga State to the Chickamauga Dam. There are flushing toilets, no port-o-potties. Choose your own shirt, medal, and bib from discontinued races. Expect an aid station, music, and camaraderie. The only award is for last place. The Grab Bag is about "having a picnic with your friends with some running or walking thrown in for fun."
