About this race
The Mills Miles follows a tough format: each 1-mile loop starts en masse, and there's a pre-determined time cutoff. If you miss the time cutoff, you are out. There are 25 cutoff laps, with the 26th lap an all-out race. Even if you're out, runners get credit for any lap they complete. Some proceeds benefit trail maintenance.
