About this race
This is a loop-based endurance running event. You run a 3.1-mile (5K) trail loop, starting a new one every hour. After each loop, you decide if you want to run another or stop. There are no penalties or DNFs. It's about consistency, pacing, and endurance, suitable for first-timers and ultra runners. Find your next limit, one loop at a time. Run the loop. Recover. Decide. Repeat.
