Theresa Tracy Trot

The Theresa Tracy Trot begins and ends at East Peoria Riverfront Park on Riverside Drive. Participants will start from the riverfront in the morning. The event features a 4-mile run (approximately 6.4 km) and a 2-mile walk (approximately 3.2 km), accommodating both competitive runners and those preferring a more relaxed pace. The course winds through downtown East Peoria and along the Riverfront and Levee District. This event commemorates Theresa (Naramore) Tracy, a young wife and mother lost to a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Proceeds benefit research, education, awareness, early detection, testing, and treatment for the disease. The morning program includes survivor recognition prior to the start, followed by a post-event gathering with food and awards.
