Tidewater Striders Duathlon

The 7th Annual Tidewater Striders Duathlon welcomes families and multi-sport beginners. Kids can join the Mini Duathlon, and parents or guardians can run or bike alongside them. The course is an out and back on the closed 2-lane roadway at Dismal Swamp Trail Park. All finishers receive medals, and there are race shirts for men and women. Hospitality and refreshments are available on-site, with an Awards Ceremony following the race.
