Treadfest is a mountain bike race at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, in southeastern Wisconsin, with a Saturday pre-ride from 9am to 2pm. TREADHEAD Cycling racers built the course for racers, so it leans into real mountain-bike handling rather than simple resort paths.
The route switches between tight technical singletrack and wide-open double-track where riders can get into the big ring and pass. Climbs are hard on the legs, descents are fast, and the finish sits in front of the Mountain Top Lodge, where spectators can watch easily. Fans can also head up to the Rockin' Garden to see Sport, Comp, and Elite racers hit jumps and work through a rock garden. Parking is close to the chalet and start area, with overflow space at the nearby airstrip.
