About this race
The Tulare Santa Fe Trail-A-Thon 5k is an annual run and walk held on the Santa Fe Trail in Tulare, California. It begins and ends at Live Oak Park on North Laspina Street, starting at 9:00 a.m. with bib pickup available before the race. The Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club hosts this event, now in its 23rd year.
The course is straightforward: a 5k route departing Live Oak Park, following the Santa Fe Trail, and returning to the park. The race supports the club’s High School Scholarship Program, assisting local high school seniors with college or trade school expenses. All participants who finish get a commemorative medal, lanyard, and Rotary participant pin. Medals are also awarded to the top runners in each age group.
