Twinkling Boardwalk Fun Run

The Twinkling Boardwalk Fun Run is a 1.6-mile holiday run or walk in Myrtle Beach, held at Winter Wonderland at the Beach. It starts at Plyler Park next to the SkyWheel and sends participants out in the evening along a short route built around the Boardwalk lights. It is untimed, with no awards, focusing on movement, lights, and a relaxed evening rather than competitive racing. The course heads south from Plyler Park on Ocean Boulevard, turns toward the Pier at 2nd Avenue North, then follows the Boardwalk back to the park. Families, walkers, and casual runners are well-suited for this event, and the post-run activities maintain the holiday atmosphere with a live DJ, hot chocolate, candy canes, and a raffle drawing. Participants receive a bib, with shirts available while supplies last and medals provided.
