About this race
Thousands of runners move through Fresno and Clovis in California’s Central Valley, with drums and cheers lining the Two Cities Marathon route. This annual race offers four distances: 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon, accommodating first-timers, walkers, club runners, and marathoners seeking a qualifier on the same weekend. The marathon begins and ends at Clovis Community College, presented by CalViva Health.
The full marathon, a Boston qualifier, follows a revised, flat course. Pacers will be available for both the marathon and half marathon. The event attracts runners from across the United States and internationally, while still providing opportunities for Central Valley locals to win, debut, or complete a distance they intended to try. Finish-line amenities include a custom medal, participant hoodie, technical shirt, hot breakfast, ice cream sundaes, a beer garden, a tribute-band stage, age-group awards, an $8,000 marathon prize purse, a Boston Challenge, and a Final Mile Competition for full and half marathon runners.
