VFI July 4th Freedom Run/Walk

Join the VFI July 4th Freedom Run/Walk, a family-friendly 1-mile loop starting and ending at Kohlmann Park. The course crosses the wooden bridge, passes City Hall, and goes over the Bremer Avenue bridge. Run or walk 1, 2, or 3 loops at your own pace. Participants will carry an American flag and are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue. As they say, "We would call it a 5K - but this is America Baby!" Proceeds fund flagpoles for deserving veterans.
