WSU Pumpkin Run 5k & 1k

The WSU Pumpkin Run is a fall race at Wichita State, offering a 5K for all participants and a 1K Little Pumpkin Run for children 10 and under. All entrants receive a Pumpkin Run T-shirt and a finisher medal. Those in the 1K race get a youth-sized shirt specifically for the kids' event. The 5K is available as an in-person or virtual run, allowing individuals not on campus to complete the distance at their convenience while still getting the shirt and medal. Awards are given to overall winners and top finishers in each age category. A referral discount is available for runners who recruit friends, and $1 from each registration supports Suspenders4Hope.
