What Is The Limit? Deca Backyard Ultra takes place in Peschiera del Garda. Runners start a 6.706 km paved loop every hour. Each lap must be completed within 60 minutes. Runners who miss the cutoff or fail to start the next hour are eliminated. The event continues until only one runner remains, having completed one more lap than all other participants. The course is 90% flat and fully paved, with lighting throughout the night. The race emphasizes pacing, managing sleep deprivation, and efficient use of time between laps.
