The Finger Lakes Mud Run is a muddy outdoor challenge race held at Everest Park in Auburn, New York. The course is typically just over four miles and includes approximately 40 obstacles, incorporating both constructed elements and natural terrain within the park. It is designed for teams, families, and friends, as well as individual participants, emphasizing getting dirty, assisting each other over obstacles, and completing the race together.
The race marks its 15th year, having continued through changes in leadership, pandemic disruptions, and varied weather conditions from rain and sleet to heat and drought. This anniversary event will feature special surprises for those who register. Donations and net proceeds from registration benefit Champions for Life, Inc., the Auburn nonprofit managing the CFL Sports Center and Everest Park.
