The ICCS Fest and Panther Run is an annual community run and festival held in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It is organized by the ICCS PTO for Immaculate Conception Cathedral School. The event provides three race distances: a 10K, a 5K, and a 1-mile Color Run, welcoming walkers and spectators. Participants receive a shirt and a festival wristband with their race entry. This event has historically marked the start of Catholic Schools Week.
The longer races begin on Wilson Avenue, heading towards Shell Beach Drive. Runners will pass through the Margaret Place District and run alongside the lake. The 5K follows an out-and-back route on Shell Beach Drive. The 10K route includes turns onto Marine Street and Sallier Street near the port before returning from the 3.1-mile point. The 1-mile Color Run route stays within the neighborhood, with turns on Pithon, Park, Griffith, Wilson, Grove, and Harrison. Proceeds from the event benefit ICCS faculty, staff, and students, attracting school families, local runners, walkers, children, and supporters of the school.
