2026 Rockhampton MTB Club 60km XCM

First Turkey MTB Park defines the 2026 Rockhampton MTB Club 60km XCM. The course is mostly single track, featuring green and blue trails, with enough named features to make each lap distinct. This third running traverses the Trail Head, Zara's Crossing, Horseshoe, Hanging Rock, and the Jack Hammer climb, finishing at Ant Nest Hub. From Ant Nest Hub, the race continues on Dog Leg, a short black-rated section, followed by Wandali and Skyline Hub leading to Pegasus. Zamia will be closed to walkers for rider use. Categories will include e-bikers, solo riders, and teams. The course includes switchbacks on the hand-built Lower Wild Pig, Whip Snake, Moore's Creek, Finley's, quadruple rock drops on Scrub Turkey, flat and sketchy downhill corners on Bush Chook Donut, and the fast, twisty Sunset trail returning to the Trail Head.
