Bioderma Women's Run

This event, now in its eighth edition, is recognized as Bulgaria's largest women-only race, with the area around NDK Sofia becoming a central meeting point. It functions as a family fun-run, encouraging a community spirit among women, friends, sisters, mothers, and their children, rather than emphasizing competitive outcomes. The city course provides choices for women, along with a "Mama and me" family run where young children's participation is valued equally with faster paces. Separate from the timed race, a competition for the best running costume introduces visual interest and amusement, offering children an additional incentive to watch for creative outfits at the start.
