14. Northeimer Tageslicht Ultra

The Northeimer Tageslicht Ultra is a 12-hour ultra race in Northeim, Lower Saxony, held on a certified 2.010 km loop around the Kleingartenanlage auf dem Bären. The format is straightforward: complete as many full laps as possible within twelve hours; partial laps are not counted after the time limit. The start and finish are located at garden number 119 by the Lohgraben, meaning runners pass this point repeatedly throughout the event. The field is limited to 48 adults. Each lap provides access to water, tea, cola, pretzels, bananas, and other small snacks. A medal is awarded to anyone completing at least 45 km. The facilities are intentionally minimal: no showers, changing rooms, or toilets are directly on site, with the closest public restroom approximately 300 meters from the course.
