20. Salzbergener Raffinerielauf 2026

The Salzbergener Raffinerielauf begins and ends at the Oberschule on Bruchweg in Salzbergen, near the H&R ChemPharm refinery. The event is supported by SVA Salzbergen. It is an afternoon road-running and walking event featuring a 10 km run, a 5 km run, a 5 km race walk, a 1,700 m student mile, and a 600 m Bambini run for the youngest participants. The main 5 km and 10 km routes are flat and described by the organizers as fast, making the adult races suitable for local runners aiming for a personal best and casual entrants in the Jedermannslauf. The children’s program is divided by age, with the Bambini race for ages 3 to 6 and the student mile for ages 6 to 15. Team scoring is offered in the student mile and the adult 5 km. At the school grounds, attendees can find coffee and cake, snacks, drinks, prizes, and spectators, contributing to a local club sports festival atmosphere.
