EWR-Triathlon Lampertheim 2026

The EWR-Triathlon Lampertheim takes place in late June in Lampertheim, a city within Hesse’s Darmstadt district. The event focuses on sprint racing, offering individual sprint entries, a Jedermann Schnupper Triathlon for less experienced athletes, sprint relays, and Jedermann relay options. The race features a city course, unlike typical lake-and-country-road events. The youth and junior races are brief: approximately 400 to 500 metres swimming, 20 kilometres cycling, and a very short run. DLRG Ortsverband Lampertheim organizes the 28th edition of this event, which attracts children, juniors, relay teams, first-time participants, and standard sprint-distance competitors.
