It takes place over a weekend at Messeplatz 1 in Cologne, where athletes compete in HYROX’s combination of running and functional workout stations instead of a road course. The location is significant as athlete entry grants access to the FIBO fair for the entire weekend, integrating the race into a broader fitness expo. Cologne also serves as one of two Last Chance Qualifier events, offering Pro athletes a final opportunity to secure qualification spots for the World Championships in the Elite 15 Series. Spectator access is managed via FIBO, not the usual HYROX ticketing platform.
