Cursa per Collserola 2026

Cursa per Collserola is a trail-mountain running event held in Collserola, the wooded hills bordering Barcelona. Participants can choose between 14 km and 7.5 km routes, both non-competitive, fostering a community trail run atmosphere rather than a focus on rankings. The event also features children's races, with bib pickup, kids' activities, awards, and closing events integrated into a full race-day schedule. The race is organized by CE Cerdanyola Atletisme i Triatló and is based in Cerdanyola del Vallès. Its aid stations are plastic-free, requiring runners to bring their own cup or soft flask; this measure aims to prevent the use of up to 1,500 plastic bottles daily. At the finish, runners receive fruit, have the option to purchase a race shirt, buy a sausage or cheese sandwich, and enjoy free access to the Turonet summer pool until late evening. Having completed over thirty editions, the event is established as a local fixture.
