À propos de cette course
Lauf Ohne Grenzen Bieg bez Granic is a 5 km or 10 km race linking Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, with Słubice, Poland. It has been held since 2015, with its motto stating the idea plainly: “Two cities, two countries — one race.”
The event uses running to connect the two partner cities across the border. Results are sorted by age groups and overall male and female standings. Trophies are awarded to the top runners from Słubice and Frankfurt, and every finisher receives a commemorative medal. The first winners were Hannes Hähnel from Frankfurt (Oder) and Klaudia Kobydecka from Kostrzyn.
